First CourseHatch Chile Jambalaya Tamale finished with fresh microgreens from Downtown Mesa's Just Farm

Main CourseRed Wine and Chipotle-braised Chicken Breast served over roasted Hatch Chile mashed potatoes with star-anise-glazed carrots and red wine–chipotle jus.

DessertDairy-free Arroz con Leche Brûlée—coconut milk rice pudding infused with cinnamon and orange, finished with a caramelized sugar crust.

This is an all-ages event. Guests must be 21 or older and present valid identification to receive the alcoholic welcome cocktail. A zero-proof option will be available for guests under 21.

Refunds are available up to seven days before the event. No refunds will be issued within seven days of the event. Tickets may be transferred to another guest
